These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and bdixtv24 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, accessing any part of the Platform, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

bdixtv24 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice. When material changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms are written in English and are the sole authoritative version. No translation or paraphrase of these Terms carries legal weight. Where any conflict or ambiguity exists, the English-language version as published on this page shall prevail.

Access to and use of the bdixtv24 Platform is strictly reserved for individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. bdixtv24 is an adults-only platform. Registration, deposit, and participation in any game or betting market by persons under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, either voluntary (initiated through bdixtv24's own self-exclusion tool) or mandatory (imposed by any relevant authority), that would prohibit your participation on the Platform.
• You are not acting as an agent, proxy, or representative of another person in connection with any account, deposit, wager, or withdrawal on the Platform.

To access the full functionality of bdixtv24 — including depositing funds, placing bets, and withdrawing winnings — you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

3.1 Registration Requirements

• A valid, unique email address that you own and control.
• A username of your choosing that does not impersonate any person or entity and does not contain offensive language.
• A strong password of at least eight characters. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• A valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh, used for account security and communication purposes.

3.2 One Account Rule

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on bdixtv24 at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, same payment method, or any other identifying attribute — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bdixtv24 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, retain any bonus-derived winnings, and in cases of deliberate abuse, permanently ban the player from the Platform.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your bdixtv24 account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bdixtv24 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the Platform immediately via live chat or by emailing support@bdixtv24 and change your password without delay.

bdixtv24 supports a range of payment methods commonly used by players across Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. All transactions on the Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by the Platform, though individual payment providers (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction limits in accordance with their own terms of service.
• Deposits are credited to your bdixtv24 account balance in real time or within a few minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit is not reflected within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sending account belongs to a different individual — are not accepted and will be reversed.
• bdixtv24 does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges — please check your provider's terms before transacting.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC identity verification. Players who have not yet completed KYC will be prompted to do so before their withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This is a standard anti-money-laundering control and cannot be waived.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of approval (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). During periods of high demand, processing may take up to 48 hours. bdixtv24 will notify players of any unusual delays.
• bdixtv24 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal above ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳1,00,000 in cumulative withdrawals within a 30-day period.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to applicable wagering requirements being satisfied in full before the withdrawal request can be submitted.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available only to players who have a fully verified account in good standing at the time the bonus is claimed.
• Unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise, bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is unlocked.

• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the validity window stated in the individual bonus terms. Expired bonus balances and any associated pending winnings are forfeited automatically.

• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.

5.2 Seasonal and Event-Based Promotions

bdixtv24 runs promotional campaigns timed around major cricket events (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), cultural occasions (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, Independence Day), and seasonal milestones. These promotions are time-limited and subject to their own specific terms, which will be published on the promotions page at the time of launch. Participation in any seasonal promotion constitutes acceptance of both the specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions.

All betting and gaming activity on bdixtv24 is governed by these Terms, supplemented by the specific rules applicable to each product category — sports betting, live casino, RNG casino games, crash and instant games, and table games. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the product-specific rules explicitly state otherwise.

6.1 Sports Betting

• Pre-match bets are accepted up to the scheduled kick-off or start time of the event. bdixtv24 reserves the right to suspend markets at any time without notice.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time availability. Odds displayed for in-play markets are indicative and may change between the moment you select them and the moment your bet is confirmed. The odds at confirmation are the final binding odds.
• If an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled before the minimum number of minutes or overs required for settlement (as specified per sport), bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account balance.
• Settlement of cricket bets follows the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method where applicable for rain-affected matches. bdixtv24's settlement decisions on DLS-affected matches are final.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. Refer to the individual sport or market page for applicable payout caps. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum payout for a market will be capped at the maximum, regardless of the calculated return.

6.2 Casino Games

• All RNG casino games (slots, virtual table games, instant win titles) use certified Random Number Generators. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are set by the game providers and are displayed in the individual game information panels.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game server error during an active game round, the round will be voided and the player's stake returned to their account balance. bdixtv24 is not liable for winnings that were not fully confirmed before a technical fault occurred.

6.3 Live Dealer Games

In the unlikely event of a streaming interruption or dealer error, bdixtv24's dispute resolution team will review the hand or round in question and issue a ruling within 72 hours of the complaint being filed.

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on bdixtv24. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information at any stage of the registration or KYC process; impersonating another person or entity; using a stolen or unauthorised payment method.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker, signalling in live dealer games, or match-fixing in sports betting markets.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, automated decision-making software, or any other mechanism that allows gameplay to proceed without direct human interaction in real time.
• Arbitrage and Exploit Betting: Systematically exploiting odds discrepancies across markets or platforms, or exploiting any technical error, bug, or pricing mistake that results in guaranteed profit irrespective of game outcome.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for any transaction that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime under applicable law.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorized chargeback or payment reversal through your payment provider for a deposit that was legitimately made to your bdixtv24 account. Chargeback fraud results in immediate permanent ban and recovery action.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access, operate, or place bets through your registered bdixtv24 account, regardless of whether the third party is known to you personally.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward bdixtv24 support staff or other players through any communication channel.

Either you or bdixtv24 may initiate account closure at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request closure of your bdixtv24 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing support@bdixtv24. Before closure is processed, any remaining real-money balance (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method subject to standard KYC and withdrawal procedures. If you are requesting closure for responsible gaming reasons (e.g., you feel gambling is causing harm), please inform the support agent so that the appropriate self-exclusion protocol — rather than a standard account closure — can be applied. Self-exclusion provides additional protections including re-registration prevention for the duration of the exclusion period.

8.2 Platform-Initiated Termination

bdixtv24 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or unverifiable identity or payment documentation.
• Detection of any form of bonus abuse, collusion, automated play, or other prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request or a third-party intervention request on behalf of the account holder.
• Any legal, regulatory, or compliance obligation that requires account restriction.

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an account for cause (i.e., due to a breach of these Terms), bdixtv24 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, void any pending withdrawals, and retain any bonus-derived winnings. Termination for cause does not give rise to any claim for compensation or reimbursement by the player. Where termination is initiated by the Platform for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (e.g., a business decision to exit a specific market), any verified real-money balance will be returned in full.

These Terms & Conditions represent the complete and entire agreement between you and bdixtv24 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed and the remainder of the Terms shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of bdixtv24 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
